Warehouse situation: The Umqawan warehouse covers an area of 430 square meters and has a total height of about 8.5 meters. The customer specializes in small household appliances and all goods are in small cardboard boxes. The cardboard box size is not too large, making it convenient for manual stacking and handling, with a load-bearing capacity of 300kg per square meter.
Shelf requirement: The customer wants to make a two-story Mezzanine Racking, which is equivalent to adding 860 square meters of storage area.
Project landing: Double layered Mezzanine Racking, equipped with 2 sets of stairs, detachable Mezzanine Racking, no need to worry about later relocation. The underground floor height is 3.3 meters, the second floor height is 2.6 meters, and the third floor height is about 2.2 meters, greatly increasing storage utilization
