Recently, our team successfully delivered a high-standard industrial storage project for a daily necessities warehouse in Dubai. The warehouse features a total area of 450 square meters with an overall clear height of approximately 7.5 meters.（By GXM Shelving And Racking）
The client initially utilized a traditional welded steel structure equipped with standard wooden deck panels. However, Dubai Civil Defense (DCD) maintains exceptionally strict fire safety regulations. Because wooden panels pose significant fire hazards and block overhead sprinkler water penetration, the client's original setup could not pass the local fire safety inspection. Furthermore, permanently welded structures offer zero flexibility, resulting in heavy asset loss if the company relocates in the future.

Perforated Steel Decking for 100% Fire Compliance: We replaced the old welded frames and wood planks with a premium, fully bolted steel mezzanine. By utilizing advanced perforated steel floor panels, smoke and water from sprinkler systems can pass through seamlessly. This key feature ensured the project smoothly passed the strict Dubai Civil Defense fire inspections.
Heavy-Duty Loading Capacity: Built for high-density daily necessities storage, the mezzanine floor engineering supports a robust loading capacity of 500kg per square meter, ensuring absolute structural safety.
Modular & Disassembled Design (Worry-Free Relocation): The project comprises two mezzanine racking platforms configured with one industrial staircase. The entire system features a bolt-together design without any site welding. If the client relocates or reconfigures their warehouse layout in the future, the system can be completely dismantled and 100% reassembled at the new site.
