Warehouse situation: The Abu Dhabi warehouse covers an area of 2200 square meters and has a total height of approximately 12.3 meters. The customer produces cardboard products, all of which are regular cardboard boxes.
Shelf requirement: The customer wants to make a 7.5-meter-high heavy-duty shelf with mesh shelves, pallets for goods, and forklifts for loading and unloading.
Project implementation: A 7.5-meter-high heavy-duty shelving with mesh layers, each layer can support 2 tons, and two pallets can be placed on each layer. The reasonable large aisle design makes it convenient for forklifts to place cardboard goods with pallets, greatly increasing storage utilization.
